These terms set out the basis on which Property Accountant Woolwich provides services through this website and to clients. Specific engagements are governed by an engagement letter, which takes precedence over anything here.

Our services

We provide accountancy and tax services for property owners, including tax return preparation, capital gains tax reporting, company accounts and HMRC disclosures. The scope of any engagement, and the fixed fee for it, is agreed in writing before work begins.

Fees

Fees are quoted as fixed amounts before work starts and do not change unless the scope changes, in which case we agree any revision with you first. Invoices are payable on the terms stated on them.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information, respond to reasonable requests promptly, and tell us about anything that could affect your tax position. Statutory deadlines remain your legal responsibility, and we can only meet them where information reaches us in good time.

We carry out work with reasonable skill and care, keep your information confidential, and comply with the professional and legal obligations that apply to accountancy services, including anti-money laundering requirements.
